This wedding. You’d never even know that in the morning when we all woke up, the rain was falling down in buckets. The ceremony was originally supposed to be held outdoors, under a gorgeous tree in a beautiful park setting. However, mother nature decided against that and the ceremony was moved indoors to the same site as the reception… The Vault Restaurant in downtown Cloverdale. What a fun, funky, completely awesome venue. By the time everything was all set up and ready to go for the ceremony… the rain stopped, the clouds parted and the sun came through… but everything was all ready to go so they decided to keep the ceremony indoors. It was so beautiful… very intimate… only their closest family and friends attended. Their love of each other and of J’s 2 beautiful daughters was so evident… I feel so lucky to have been able to witness their union. Once the ceremony was complete, we headed over to Campbell Valley Park for their portraits, where we also made sure to take a few photos under the tree that was supposed to host their wedding ceremony 🙂 What a great day!! During the reception, J’s father asked if we could go outside to do a few photos of him with his granddaughters. Seriously, these are some of my top favorite images that I took this season… I wish I had fun photos like them with my grandfather. So very sweet.
Thank you so much to Larissa for being my right hand gal all day <3 you are the best!! She took the photos of the guys getting ready and a handful of the images in this post! And… she rocks, OF COURSE!!
