This wedding was AMAZING.  I remember when I met with A+B for the very first time and they were telling me all about how their wedding was going to be on the brides family lakeside property with white tents and twinkling lights and amazing wood and lace details.  I sat and listened with a smile on my face but inside was BOUNCING up and down shouting PLEASE PICK ME TO PHOTOGRAPH YOUR WEDDING! haha.

When the day finally arrived and I saw their vision put into play I was absolutely amazed at just how beautiful everything came together.  It was a completely do it yourself wedding.  A+B and their family spent countless days prepping everything.  From the property to the decor.  Everything was just perfect!!
The weather was amazing too
B’s brother, who was also the best man, catered the event too!  SO good!

A’s gorgeous lace dress…

They opted to do a first look too!  First looks are probably my absolute favorite.  It’s when the couple sees each other prior to the ceremony to allow more time for portraits.  It is a very intimate moment between a bride and groom and gives them the opportunity to really drink in the moment of seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day.
We found a gorgeous willow tree at the location they had selected to do their portraits   My favorite!!!!

We then went to A’s Grandfather’s beautiful farm like property for more portraits.

Ceremony time!!

A put together this awesome photo booth for her guests to have fun with!!  We decided to do some portraits in front of the gorgeous backdrop as well

They also had these beautiful vintage, collector cars!!

And now to all of the amazing reception decor!!  A’s father made the gorgeous door backdrop for them to use behind the head table!!  LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

Did you know I offer custom made guestbooks?  They are a really fun, creative way to showcase your engagement portraits as well as remember everyone that attended your wedding.  It also allows your guests to write a bit of a message to you in more detail and you end up with a keepsake album you can keep out on the coffee table for years to come

And then onto the reception

Family boat, lake, sunset, wedding day….. YES PLEASE!!!
We ended up with the most beautiful sunset ever too!!!  I absolutely adore these sunset portraits!!!!!!

Congratulations A+B!!  Your wedding was one of the most beautiful, memorable, AMAZING weddings ever!!  Every bit of work you guys put into it showed 10 fold.  SO PERFECT!!!  I wish you many, many, MANY years of happiness together!  And THANK YOU for having me share in this beautiful, magical day!!!
